A campaign activity appears in Blueshift and the marketing team needs to know whether action is required. Blueshift offers a New Campaign Activity trigger, which can start a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS to the campaign owner. This gives a selected event a direct mobile notification instead of relying on repeated checks of the marketing platform.

Campaign Execution Status provides another useful trigger when a campaign status changes. The message can include the campaign information available to Zapier and direct the recipient to Blueshift for the full result. Send SMS suits one operator, while Send SMS to List can notify a prepared group across marketing, customer success or operations.

The connection runs through Zapier and uses the Blueshift events exposed in its Zapier app. It does not trigger campaigns, update customers or create catalogue items from Mobile Message. It simply carries selected activity or status changes into a plain text alert, giving your team a clear prompt to review the relevant Blueshift record.
