A customer has just left a review for your local business, and the next useful step is to acknowledge the feedback while the experience is still recent. Blipp Reviews gathers customer feedback and online reviews, but manually sending a thank-you message or arranging another feedback request can add another task to a busy day. A Zap can turn the review event into an immediate SMS response.

New Review Received can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action, allowing a business to thank the customer, acknowledge their comments or invite a suitable next step. If your process starts before the review, Blipp Reviews’ Create Contact action can be paired with Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger, but only when an incoming customer text should create a Blipp contact. Blipp Reviews’ Create Feedback Request can also be started by an inbound SMS when that response is genuinely useful for your process.

This is a Zapier connection, not a two-way native integration. Choose the event that should start the workflow, map the customer’s mobile number and keep the SMS plain text. You can create the Blipp contact or feedback request only when the selected Mobile Message event supplies the details needed by the action.
