Email teams who manage subscriber lists in Blastable often need a faster way to react when a person joins, leaves or changes status. A text can draw attention to a new subscriber, confirm an important status change or help staff act before the next email campaign is prepared. Mobile Message adds that SMS step through Zapier.

Blastable provides New Subscriber Polling and Subscriber Status Change triggers. Either event can send an SMS with Mobile Message, while Mobile Message can also create a contact or add one to an SMS list when a subscriber enters Blastable. This is useful when email remains the main channel but a timely text deserves attention or action.

Choose the Blastable event, map the available subscriber information and select the Mobile Message action. The workflow runs in one direction from the selected Blastable event to Mobile Message. It does not synchronise subscriber records or make SMS and email lists identical.
