Manual follow-up is easy to miss when a sales team is moving between calls, meetings and messages. Bigly Sales can start a Zap whenever a New Meeting, New Contact or New Call is recorded. Mobile Message can then send a plain text reminder, confirmation or follow-up to the relevant phone number, so a useful sales event leads to a timely customer touchpoint.

New Message is another practical trigger for notifying a team member by SMS, while Create Contact can place a new Bigly Sales contact into Mobile Message. The app also has a Send Message action, but a Mobile Message trigger can only run an action that belongs to Bigly Sales, so the clearest workflows usually begin in Bigly Sales and send an SMS from Mobile Message.

The connection is configured through Zapier. It is not a native two-way integration or a background synchronisation service. Each Zap has one Bigly Sales event and one Mobile Message action, with the message text and contact fields mapped to match the way your sales team works.
