Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Basix!

A sales operator may add a note or move a contact to a new pipeline stage while the person responsible for follow-up is working elsewhere. Without a timely alert, an important lead can sit in Basix until someone checks the workspace. Basix records sales activity and Mobile Message can send a direct text when a selected event occurs.

With Zapier, New Pipeline Stage can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action for a prompt to the assigned salesperson. New Contact can create a Mobile Message contact, and Updated Contact can update the corresponding record when contact details change. New Unsubscribe can also trigger Mobile Message's Add Unsubscribe action, helping carry an opt-out into your messaging records.

These are separate, one-directional Zaps rather than a general two-way sync. Basix remains the sales execution system, while Mobile Message performs the selected contact, SMS or unsubscribe action.
