Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with B-in-Touch!
Mobile Message can send an SMS to the lead, create a contact or add that contact to a list. A short message can confirm receipt of the lead’s details and explain what happens next. For teams, the account-level trigger can make sure leads collected by different staff members follow the same first-contact process.
The connection is set up through Zapier. Choose the B-in-Touch trigger, map the lead’s mobile number and name, then select the Mobile Message action. B-in-Touch has no actions in the supplied Zapier surface, so the useful direction here is from a new lead into Mobile Message.

Yes. Use New Lead (For Your Account) as the trigger and Mobile Message Send SMS as the action. The Zap can use the lead’s mobile number and available contact details in the first message.
Can team-collected B-in-Touch leads be added to a Mobile Message list?
Yes. New Lead (For Team Account) can trigger Add Contact to List. This places the collected lead into a selected Mobile Message list for an appropriate follow-up process.
What accounts are needed for a B-in-Touch lead SMS Zap?
You need B-in-Touch, Mobile Message and Zapier accounts. Zapier provides the setup screen for choosing the lead trigger, mapping the contact fields and selecting the Mobile Message action. No code is involved.
