A new accounting or product-sale record appears in Axelor while the person responsible is away from the system. Axelor manages online accounting and product sales, and its New Record trigger can give your team a direct prompt through Mobile Message instead of leaving the record unnoticed until the next review.

Through Zapier, New Record can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to notify a manager, sales representative or customer service worker. It can also create a contact or add a known person to a Mobile Message list when the new record contains suitable contact details. In the other direction, an inbound SMS can trigger Axelor’s Create Record or Update Record action when the information needed by Axelor is available in the Zap.

This makes a narrow, event-led workflow for record notifications and record entry. It is not a general data sync between the systems. Each Zap has one trigger and one resulting action, so decide whether the useful outcome is an SMS, a Mobile Message contact, or a visible Axelor record that staff can inspect and update.
