Order teams using Avify often have to chase the next customer message after a sale is completed or paid. A new order, order paid event or completed order can start a Zapier workflow with Mobile Message, so the customer receives useful information while the transaction is still fresh. This reduces the gap between the sales channel and your customer communication.

A new order can trigger a confirmation SMS, while an order paid event can send payment acknowledgement or the next-step information. When an order is completed, Mobile Message can send a dispatch, collection or completion message based on the data passed from Avify. The message can be personalised with the customer’s details and order information available in the Zap.

The connection uses Zapier rather than a native Avify connection, and both accounts are required. Avify supplies the event that starts each workflow, while Mobile Message performs the selected action. Choose the event that reflects your process and add filters or message fields in Zapier where needed.
