Authorized SMS Integration

Marketing operators who work in Authorized can use its lead event to give new prospects a prompt response. New Leads is the only event supplied by this connection, but it covers a valuable moment. A lead can be acknowledged by SMS as soon as it appears, while the sales team receives a clear signal that a person is ready for follow-up. This reduces the need to keep checking the Authorized platform throughout the day.

New Leads can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action for a direct acknowledgement, a booking prompt or a short message explaining when someone will make contact. It can also trigger Create Contact, so the lead’s mobile number and available details are recorded in Mobile Message before later communication. Send SMS to List is another option when a prepared team list should receive an alert about the new lead.

Build the workflow in Zapier by selecting Authorized as the trigger and Mobile Message as the action. Map the relevant lead fields into a plain text message and test the result with a safe number before publishing. This is a one-directional Zap, not an automatic shared database or two-way integration.
