The connection runs through Zapier and lets you decide which Audienceful event deserves a customer-facing message. A new person can be created as a Mobile Message contact or added to a list, while an update can send a plain-text notification. This gives your team a practical response path without copying contact details between the two platforms.
These are separate automations rather than a native synchronisation. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can use Audienceful’s Create Person or Update Person action when a reply should be recorded there. Build each direction deliberately and map only the information your team needs.
