Sales teams working in AtmosAI CRM often need an important board change to reach a customer or colleague quickly. A new item, a board update or a changed column value can be the point at which someone should receive an SMS. Sending that message automatically removes the need to watch every board and copy information into a separate texting tool.

New Item in Board can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action for a newly recorded lead or opportunity. Any Column Value Changed in Board can send an update when a status changes, while New Update in Board can notify a selected Mobile Message list. New User can trigger Create Contact when a person should also be recorded for SMS communication. If a customer texts Mobile Message, Inbound SMS Received can start AtmosAI's Create Update action to place the incoming message into a board.

The connection runs through Zapier and each automation has a single trigger and action. It does not synchronise AtmosAI and Mobile Message. Instead, it gives your team clear choices about which CRM event deserves a message and which Mobile Message list or contact should receive it.
