Those moments are useful opportunities to keep a client informed, but they can be missed when the trainer is moving between sessions. AthletaDesk can send Zapier events for a New Invoice, Client Added to Event, Attendance Taken, Payment Added and New Client. Mobile Message can turn those events into timely SMS messages.

Send payment confirmation after Payment Added, share a reminder when a client is added to an event, or welcome a New Client with the next step. You can also create or update the person in Mobile Message when a client profile changes. A New SMS event from AthletaDesk can even start an action that adds the message sender as a Mobile Message contact, where that suits your process. Each workflow is configured through Zapier and uses the fields available in the selected event. It is not a native two-way integration, so decide which system starts each workflow and what outcome the client should see.
