Connected through Zapier, that Inbound SMS Received event can trigger Arpoone's Send Email action, so a reply lands as an email alert in a staff inbox the moment it comes in, rather than waiting on someone to notice the phone has buzzed.

The same path covers delivery problems too. If a message fails to reach a customer, Delivery Status Updated can also trigger an email through Arpoone, giving the team a paper trail to chase up instead of an SMS that quietly disappears into the void. Arpoone's own send SMS action is not part of this pairing, since Mobile Message already handles the outgoing text side, but its email alerts turn a missed reply or a failed send into something a team can actually act on.
