Operators who manage organisations in Archie CRM can use a new or updated organisation as a practical prompt for communication. A Zap can send a Mobile Message SMS when Archie reports New/Updated Organizations, helping a team acknowledge a change or alert a colleague without manually watching the CRM.

The connection can also create a contact, organisation or calendar item in Archie when Mobile Message reports an inbound SMS. That gives a reply a visible place in the CRM, provided the details in the text and Zap fields are suitable for the chosen Archie action. Each workflow is one direction and runs through Zapier. It does not continuously synchronise Archie CRM and Mobile Message. Use the Archie event for timely notifications, or use an inbound message to create a record that someone can review. Delivery Status Updated is available as another Mobile Message starting point, but Archie’s actions should be chosen only where a delivery event has useful meaning for your team.
