Appointy SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Appointy!

A customer books an appointment while your reception team is helping someone else. Appointy records the booking, but a quick SMS can make the next step clearer for the customer or the staff member responsible for the appointment.

Through Zapier, Appointy’s New Appointment trigger can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Send a confirmation or practical booking information when a suitable mobile number is available. Appointment Changed can send an update after a reschedule, while Appointment Cancelled can alert a coordinator or notify the customer that the booking has changed. New Customer can also start Create Contact so new people are recorded in Mobile Message.

This gives appointment teams a useful notification path without asking staff to re-enter booking details. Appointy remains the source of the appointment event, and Mobile Message sends the SMS or creates the contact. Configure each one-way Zap in Zapier, map the available fields and add filters where only certain appointment types should produce a message.

The connection does not replace Appointy’s scheduling features or create a two-way calendar update. It simply passes a selected Appointy event into one Mobile Message action. Test the booking data and message wording before turning the Zap on for customers.
