The same trigger can create a Mobile Message contact or add an existing contact to a list, so a sales audience is ready for later communication. Albacross remains focused on identifying companies and their interests. Mobile Message handles the SMS action, contact creation and list management. There are no Albacross actions in the supplied Zapier surface, so Mobile Message cannot send information back into Albacross through these options. Each workflow runs through Zapier and uses the fields available in the New Workflow event.
