A new appointment appears in agentOS, and the customer should receive the details while the booking is still top of mind. agentOS and Mobile Message can work together through Zapier to turn that appointment event into a plain text reminder or confirmation. This helps property and PropTech teams keep customers informed without writing every message by hand.

New Appointment can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action with the appointment information available in the Zap. You can confirm the time, share an arrival instruction or explain what the customer should prepare. New Person can also send a welcome message when a contact is added, while New Marketing Property can notify a selected recipient that a listing record is ready for promotion. If someone texts your Mobile Message number, the reply can create a new person or appointment in agentOS when the required details are available.
