The first SMS might acknowledge the enquiry and explain when an agent will respond. New Incoming Email can support a similar response when a lead asks a question, requests a tour or uses another enquiry form. Update Lead Pipeline can also trigger a message when the opportunity reaches a chosen stage. Mobile Message can Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List, giving teams options for immediate contact and list management.

AgentLocator remains the place where lead information and pipeline changes are managed, and Mobile Message performs the selected SMS or contact action.
