Sales teams using Agendor often depend on a clear next step after a deal changes, a person is added or an opportunity is won. A sales representative may not see the change immediately, especially when working away from the CRM. Agendor events can start Mobile Message actions through Zapier, turning important pipeline activity into a timely SMS.

Deal Won can send a congratulations or fulfilment alert, while Deal Stage Changed can notify a representative that an opportunity has moved. New Person can trigger Create Contact in Mobile Message when a prospect's mobile details should be available for messaging. A reply received by SMS can also create an Agendor task through the Create Task action, giving the sales team a record to follow up.

Agendor remains the place for deals, people and organisations, and Mobile Message handles SMS delivery. The workflow is one-directional for each Zap, not a native CRM sync. You can choose from Agendor events such as New Deal, Deal Lost and New Task, then map only the information needed for the message or task. This keeps alerts focused and easier for a sales team to act on.
