AEvent SMS Integration

A new event registration comes in while you are preparing speakers, reminders and attendee communications. AEvent can pass that registration into a Zap, so Mobile Message can acknowledge the person promptly and keep the next step from relying on a manual export or a missed notification.

New Event Registration can trigger an SMS containing practical event information, a link or a reminder about what happens next. It can also create a Mobile Message contact, update an existing record or add the registrant to a list for a later campaign. This suits teams running webinars and live meetings who want registration activity to lead directly to useful communication. Map the registration details into the message and choose the Mobile Message action that matches your process. The connection is made through Zapier, so it does not imply a native integration or a two-way sync between the platforms. AEvent remains the place where registrations are managed, while Mobile Message handles the text message and contact task selected in the Zap.
