Adrapid SMS Integration

A creative team finishes an Adrapid banner and needs to tell a client, account manager or production colleague that it is ready. A Zap can use Banner Ready to send a plain text SMS through Mobile Message, giving the recipient a direct notification instead of relying on someone to watch the Adrapid workspace. This is useful when banner production sits inside a larger campaign process and timing matters.

Adrapid’s Create Banner and Get Banner actions can be used in other Zaps where banner work needs to be initiated or retrieved, but the supplied actions do not create a useful destination for an inbound Mobile Message message. The strongest pairing is therefore Banner Ready with Send SMS, or with Send SMS to List when several people need the same production update. You can include a banner name, campaign reference or next step if those fields are available in the trigger. The connection is set up through Zapier and is not a native two-way integration. Authorise Adrapid and Mobile Message, select Banner Ready, map the recipient and message, test the completion alert, and activate it when the production team is comfortable with the timing.
