A subscriber opens a campaign, clicks a useful link, or joins an Acumbamail list, and that moment can be valuable beyond email. A timely text can point someone towards the next step while their interest is fresh. Through Zapier, Acumbamail events can start Mobile Message actions, giving your email marketing activity a practical SMS follow-up without asking staff to watch campaign reports.

Use New Subscriber to welcome a person by text, or use Link Clicked to send a reminder about the page they chose to visit. Campaign Opened can also trigger a short follow-up where a text is appropriate. Mobile Message can send the SMS, create the contact, or add the person to a list. You can also use Acumbamail’s Send SMS action when a Mobile Message inbound text or delivery update is a sensible starting point. Each Zap runs in one direction, with fields and message content mapped during setup. It is not a native synchronisation between the platforms.
