A buyer has just joined an Accord, and your sales team may want to acknowledge the new relationship before the next meeting. Accord brings sellers and buyers together in shared customer collaboration spaces. Its New Accord Member trigger can start a Mobile Message workflow through Zapier, while New Engagement and New Accord Created can support other useful notifications.

Send SMS can welcome a new member or alert a seller when an engagement is created. Send SMS to List can notify a customer team about a new Accord. If an inbound text contains information that should become part of the collaboration workspace, Create Resource can be used from Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger, provided the required Accord fields are available.

These workflows make selected Accord milestones visible to people who rely on SMS. They do not synchronise Accord and Mobile Message, and a message is not automatically written back as an Accord update. Zapier runs each one-directional workflow using the recipient, message and record information you map during setup.
