A transcription job has completed in 3Scribe, but someone may still need to check the result and tell the next person that the text is ready. That manual chase is easy to overlook when several recordings are being processed. A completion SMS can provide a simple prompt as soon as the transcript becomes available.

3Scribe can trigger a Zap with Job Complete. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to a coordinator, create a contact for the relevant person or add that contact to a list. The most direct use is a notification that identifies the completed job and points the recipient towards the next step in their existing process. You can include the job information that 3Scribe makes available to the Zap.

The Fetch Transcript action remains part of the 3Scribe app and can be used in a broader workflow where appropriate, but this connection only describes the listed 3Scribe event paired with a Mobile Message action. Zapier handles the automation, so no custom code is needed. This is not a two-way integration and it does not automatically transfer transcript content into Mobile Message.
