If positive feedback stays inside the survey system, the moment can pass before anyone acknowledges the contribution. A short SMS can bring attention to the recognition while it is still meaningful.

With Zapier, 360Score.me’s New Shoutout trigger can start a Mobile Message action. You can text a manager or team contact when a shoutout is received, create a contact in Mobile Message, or add a relevant person to a list for an internal recognition programme. The SMS can include the employee name or the available wording from the shoutout, subject to your privacy and communication policies.

This workflow is useful for organisations that want a prompt alert without asking managers to monitor another dashboard. It does not alter the survey, reveal anonymous feedback beyond the data supplied by the trigger, or create a native connection between the systems. Each Zap passes the selected information from one event to one Mobile Message action.
