Ziggeo SMS Integration

Teams that collect customer videos, run training programmes or manage video submissions often need to know quickly when a new recording arrives. Ziggeo can pass a New Video event to Zapier, giving Mobile Message a clear point at which to contact a customer, contributor or internal team member. You can send an SMS, send an SMS to a list, or create a contact in Mobile Message from the details available in Ziggeo.

This is useful when a video upload needs an immediate acknowledgement, a follow-up request or a prompt for the next step. A Zap can also create a Mobile Message contact when a new video is recorded, so the person can be included in later communication. The connection runs through Zapier, with each workflow set up for a particular event and result. It does not synchronise Ziggeo and Mobile Message records. Instead, it turns a new video into a practical SMS or contact action, helping your team respond while the recording is still fresh.
