A customer replies to a text and that reply is the best cue you will get to send them something physical, a thank you card, a mailer, a small gift that a text alone cannot deliver. ZenDirect turns that into printed and posted mail, personalised cards, postcards and gifts sent on your behalf.

Through Zapier, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can act as that cue. When someone texts in, a Zap can send them a card or mailer through ZenDirect's Send Card or Mailer action, or create a new contact in ZenDirect's address book so the reply is not lost. It will not tell you what they wrote, so the card you send is the one you have set up for any reply on that number, but for a business that likes to follow a text with something in the letterbox, it turns a reply into mail without anyone at a keyboard.
