YourCharlie’s New Testimonial Unlocked trigger can start a Zapier workflow that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, alerting a marketing or sales team member to review the testimonial and decide how it should be used.

The same notification can tell a team member which customer or campaign needs attention, using the fields available from the YourCharlie event. If a new interview needs to be arranged after an SMS arrives, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can run YourCharlie’s Create Interview action. This gives a practical route from a text response into the interview workflow, provided the required information is available and consistently formatted.

YourCharlie continues to manage testimonials and interviews, while Mobile Message handles the SMS step chosen in Zapier.
