Teams that collect information with Yay! Forms can use each new response as a clear starting point for customer communication. A submitted form can trigger a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, giving staff a quick way to acknowledge a request, confirm the next step or let someone know their information has been received.

Yay! Forms supplies the New Response event, while Mobile Message provides the action that delivers the text. You can map the respondent's phone number and selected form answers into the message, so the reply reflects what the person actually submitted. A second step can create a Mobile Message contact when keeping the respondent available for later communication is useful.

This suits registrations, quote requests, service enquiries and internal forms where a prompt response matters. It does not make Yay! Forms and Mobile Message a shared database or create a native integration. Zapier passes the response into the Mobile Message steps you choose, allowing your team to decide which forms send an SMS, what the message contains and whether the person should be added as a contact.
