Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with WooSender!

An appointment is created in WooSender while your staff are moving between conversations, and the customer still needs a clear confirmation. WooSender provides Appointment Created, Appointment Updated, Appointment Cancelled, New Contact, Marked as Attention and tag or opportunity events. These triggers can start Zapier workflows that send Mobile Message SMS messages for timely customer and team communication.

Use Appointment Created with Send SMS for confirmation details, Appointment Cancelled for a cancellation notice, or Marked as Attention to alert a staff member. New Contact can trigger Create Contact in Mobile Message, while Appointment Updated can send the latest information to the customer. Each Zap operates from one selected WooSender event and one Mobile Message action.

WooSender also includes actions such as Create Appointment, Update Appointment, Create or Update Contact and Add or Move Opportunity to Pipeline or Stage. Those actions can be used when Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received or Delivery Status Updated provides a genuinely useful starting point. For example, an inbound text can create an appointment if the required scheduling details are available.

This is not a native two-way sync. Zapier passes the selected event and fields between the services, while you control the message, contact data and appointment rules. Test every customer-facing message before enabling it.
