You can still use Windsor.ai within a broader Zapier workflow where another supported app starts the process, then Windsor.ai records or updates the relevant marketing data. For example, a CRM touchpoint could document a sales call, event or webinar, while Upload Media Costs can place source spending into Windsor.ai for analysis. These steps help preserve context around customer journeys, but they do not send an SMS through Mobile Message.

If your main goal is customer texting, use a separate app event that can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS, such as a booking, order or form response.
