A marketing team notices that contacts are reaching important points in Webmecanik Automation, but someone still has to check the platform and decide whether to send a follow-up. That manual chase can delay a useful message. Webmecanik Automation can trigger a Zap when contact points change, a segment changes, a form is submitted or an email is viewed. Mobile Message can then send an SMS or manage the contact record.

For example, a form submission can prompt a confirmation text, while a segment change can send a relevant campaign reminder. A page hit or email viewed event may also be useful when the business has permission and a clear reason to contact the person. Mobile Message’s Create Contact and Update Contact actions can be used when a Webmecanik event should create or update a record there.

The most direct workflows use New Form Entry with Send SMS, Contact Segment Changed with Send SMS and New Contact with Create Contact. These are separate Zapier automations, not continuous synchronisation. Review consent, message timing and the fields available in each event before publishing.
