Vyond SMS Integration

A customer ends up with a short video landing in their inbox minutes after they replied to a text message, built from nothing more than a few words they typed on their phone. Vyond turns a prompt into a finished video or an avatar video, and it does not send events of its own, so it needs something else to hand it that prompt. Through Zapier, Mobile Message can be that source, passing along whatever a customer texts back.

When someone replies to a message with an idea, a question or a request, that reply can be used to create a video in Vyond straight away, turning a short piece of text into something visual without a designer opening the software. The same reply can instead generate an avatar video, useful for a short explainer or a personalised reply that reads the customer's own words back to them.

Neither product talks to the other beyond that single step, the text starts the job and Vyond finishes it. For a team fielding requests by SMS, the result is a video sitting ready to send back, built the moment the customer's own message arrived, rather than a task added to someone's list for later.
