A Vuepak user may already be working through a lead list when a new contact needs an immediate response. New Contact Added or New Lead Added can start a Mobile Message SMS, so the person receives a clear next step while the sales context is current. A converted lead can also create a Mobile Message contact for later communication.

This connection runs through Zapier and lets you choose the Vuepak event and Mobile Message action that fit your process. New leads can receive a plain-text acknowledgement, new contacts can be added to a list, and a contact update can trigger a record update in Mobile Message. The useful result is a message or contact change that your team can see and act on.

Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also run Vuepak’s Create a Contact action. That gives a text conversation a record in an address book when the sender is new. Each Zap remains one-directional, so choose the direction and fields for each specific workflow rather than expecting automatic synchronisation.
