A customer completes a Voiceform survey while the feedback is still fresh, but the person responsible for reviewing it may not know that a response has arrived. Manual checking can leave useful feedback waiting in the form dashboard. An SMS alert can bring selected responses to a manager or service team quickly.

Voiceform provides the Form Submission trigger when a new response is submitted. Mobile Message can use that event to send an SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list. You can choose whether the text alerts an internal recipient about new feedback, or whether the response details support a follow-up message to the person who submitted the form.

The workflow depends on the contact and response fields available from Voiceform. Configure the message and recipient in Zapier, then test the result before enabling it for live submissions. This is a one-directional connection from Voiceform into Mobile Message, not a native integration or a two-way feedback sync. Both accounts are needed, and no custom code is required.
