That is a useful moment to acknowledge the lead, capture the contact in Mobile Message or place the person into a suitable follow-up list. Without an automated step, the lead may wait until someone reviews the funnel results.

Use New Lead with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to thank the person for participating or explain the next step. Create Contact can place the lead into Mobile Message, while Add Contact to List can organise participants by campaign or offer. These workflows are configured through Zapier and run from VideoGameSuite to one Mobile Message action. They do not create a native two-way lead database. Keep the message relevant to the game or campaign, map the mobile number collected by the funnel and confirm that the sign-up included appropriate SMS consent. Test a sample lead to check that the right name, number and list are used before enabling customer messages.
