Event organisers often need to send a quick update while working through an event’s contact list. Vibo provides music management tools for events, and its Event Details trigger can start a Zap when it is manually triggered in the Vibo web platform. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to a performer, supplier or other event contact.

This can be useful for a final timing note, a venue instruction or a change that should be seen promptly. The message is built in the Zap and sent as plain text through Mobile Message, using the contact and event details available from Vibo. Because the Vibo trigger is manually activated from the contacts tab of an event, your team decides when the message should go out. The connection runs through Zapier and does not create a native two-way integration between the services.
