About the Usersnap integration

A customer spots a problem in your product and submits feedback through Usersnap while the details are still clear. A new feedback event can immediately send an SMS through Mobile Message, giving a support or product team a prompt to review the report. This is particularly helpful when important feedback might otherwise sit in a shared inbox or wait for a regular triage session.

The SMS can include the reporter’s details, a short summary or a link to the relevant Usersnap record, depending on the information available to your Zap. You can direct the alert to a support manager, developer or on-call phone so the right person knows that fresh feedback needs attention. Usersnap supplies the trigger and Mobile Message supplies the text message through Zapier. There are no Usersnap actions in this connection, so it is designed for outbound alerts rather than writing updates back into Usersnap.

Can Usersnap send an SMS when new feedback arrives?

Yes. Usersnap’s New Feedback trigger can start a Zap using Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Map the available feedback details into an alert for the person responsible for reviewing customer reports.

Can Mobile Message update a Usersnap feedback report?

No. The supplied Usersnap connection has a New Feedback trigger but no Usersnap actions. It can notify someone by SMS when feedback is created, but it cannot write a comment or status back to Usersnap.

What is needed to send Usersnap alerts by SMS?

You need Usersnap, Mobile Message and Zapier accounts. In Zapier, select New Feedback as the starting event, choose Send SMS as the Mobile Message action and map the feedback fields. The setup needs no custom code.
