TruCentive SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with TruCentive!
Through Zapier, Envelope Opened or Envelope Viewed can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Send an internal notification to a sales or customer success team member, or use the event details to acknowledge the recipient where the available contact information supports that message. TruCentive’s Send Envelope action can also be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger when a suitable reply should cause a gift envelope to be sent.
This gives reward programmes a clear communication point around recipient activity. TruCentive remains responsible for the digital gift, while Mobile Message sends the SMS. The Zap is configured in Zapier and runs in one direction for each workflow, with the message wording and contact fields selected by your team.
