Transistor.fm SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Transistor.fm!

Podcast publishers often need to tell a private audience that a new episode is ready while attention is still high. Waiting for a separate list export and manual message can mean subscribers miss the release window. A small, timely text can complement the podcast email and give listeners a direct prompt to start listening.

With Zapier, Transistor.fm's Episode Published trigger can run Mobile Message's Send SMS action. The text can include the episode title and listening instruction supplied by the publishing event. New Subscriber can also run Create Contact or Add Contact to List, so a private podcast subscriber can be recorded in the relevant Mobile Message audience. If a subscriber is removed, Subscriber Removed can run Add Unsubscribe to help keep future messages aligned with their status.

The connection is handled through Zapier, with one app event starting one Mobile Message action. It does not create a native two-way sync. Map only the plain text and subscriber fields your workflow needs, then test with a suitable private podcast record before enabling release notifications.
