Once the connection is set up, a delivery status update from Mobile Message can log a TrackZero event automatically, so a failed or delivered message shows up next to the rest of your workload data with no manual entry. A reply from a customer can do the same thing, giving the team a record of engagement it can filter, chart or report on alongside everything else already tracked. When a customer texts in for the first time, that same reply can create a new TrackZero entity, so the person behind the message becomes something the platform recognises going forward.

None of this changes how Mobile Message sends or receives texts. It simply feeds what already happens on the SMS side into TrackZero, so the numbers a manager cares about, delivery rates, reply volume, first contact, sit next to the rest of the workload analytics already there.
