A customer submits a testimonial and your team wants to acknowledge it before the moment passes. Testimonial’s New Testimonial trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, giving the contributor a quick thank-you or advising them what happens next. The message can be personalised with the details supplied by the Testimonial event.
