Templated SMS Integration

A customer places an order, finishes a form, or registers for an event, and minutes later gets a text with a link to an image made just for them, a receipt graphic, a certificate, or an event ticket, generated automatically and never touched by a designer. That is the scenario Templated makes possible when it sits in the middle of a Zap alongside Mobile Message.

Templated's create render action takes a template and fills it with details from whatever started the Zap, then hands back a link to the finished image or PDF. That link is exactly what an SMS needs, since a text message can only carry words, not a picture or file, so the render becomes the thing Mobile Message texts across as a clickable link rather than an attachment. Merge renders can combine several of these into one document first, for cases where a person needs more than a single image in the end result.

Set it up once through Zapier and the pattern repeats itself every time the trigger fires, whether that trigger comes from an order, a form response, or a booking. A shopper gets their personalised thank you graphic, an attendee gets their ticket, and a course participant gets their certificate, all as a link inside a text they already opened.
