A visitor can enter an email address into a Tada widget just before leaving a Shopify store. That moment is valuable, but a list entry alone may not create a timely follow-up. Tada records email collection and discount offers, while Mobile Message can send a plain text message when the visitor has supplied suitable contact details.

With Zapier, New Email Collected can trigger Mobile Message's Create Contact action or Send SMS action. You can create a contact for later use, or send a short follow-up when a visitor submits the widget. New Discount Offered can also start an SMS to a prepared list when a discount is presented through Tada.

The available Tada events are triggers only, so Mobile Message is the action side of the workflow. Shopify, Tada and Mobile Message records are not automatically synchronised. Each Zap is configured separately in Zapier, with the recipient and consent details you choose to pass through. Keep promotional messages aligned with the permissions collected through the widget and the requirements that apply to your communications.
