Swirl SMS Integration

A client texts to confirm a coaching session and, before they've even put the phone down, their own private space is ready and waiting for them. That's the effect a Zapier connection between Mobile Message and Swirl can produce for coaches and course creators who run their programs on Swirl. Mobile Message handles the two way texting, sending session reminders, confirmations and replies, while Swirl hosts the actual sessions, courses and communities.

Because the connection runs through Zapier, an event on the Mobile Message side, someone replying to a text or a message reaching its recipient, can be set up to trigger an action inside Swirl. When a customer texts in to book time with you, that reply can create a 1-on-1 space for the two of you automatically, so the private area exists before you've opened your inbox. Group programs work the same way, with a group space created the moment a cohort of members confirm by text that they're joining.

This isn't a two way sync between the two platforms. It's a one directional handoff triggered by texting activity, useful for coaches who'd rather have the space built and waiting than build it manually after every reply.
