Use Survio's New Response trigger in Zapier to start Mobile Message's Send SMS action. The text can alert a staff member that a response has arrived and include a rating, respondent name or survey reference when those fields are available. For a new participant who needs a separate invitation, Survio's E-Mail Invitation action can be paired with Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger only where the required recipient and survey details can be supplied to that action.

The most direct workflow is a response alert sent by SMS. Choose filters in Zapier if only low scores or selected surveys should notify someone, and avoid placing sensitive comments in the message. Mobile Message can also create a contact from response data when a mobile number is collected with appropriate permission.

Yes. Survio's New Response trigger can run a Zap that uses Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Include a score or survey reference in the alert, and use Zapier filters when only particular responses should reach staff.

Can Survio respondents be added to Mobile Message?

Yes, when the response includes a mobile number and suitable consent. Pair New Response with Create Contact, and optionally add the person to a Mobile Message list in a later step for an approved follow-up programme.
