A customer submits a survey while your team is serving other customers, and their feedback begins waiting in SurveyRock. If the response contains a service concern, a request for contact or a positive comment worth acknowledging, a manual check can delay the next step. Staff may only see it after the response queue has grown.

SurveyRock's New Survey Response trigger can start a Zap through Zapier, with Mobile Message sending an SMS based on the submitted information. You might thank a respondent for completing the survey, alert a manager that feedback needs review or invite the person to expect a follow-up. The message can use mapped fields from the response, including a name, phone number or selected service details.

You can also create a Mobile Message contact from a new response, so a respondent's details are available for later communication when the form collects the right information. This connection is best for clear, event-based follow-up. It does not synchronise survey answers with Mobile Message, and it does not replace your process for reviewing feedback or obtaining permission for ongoing messages.
