Survey teams often wait for completed responses before deciding who needs a follow-up. That delay can make useful feedback feel disconnected from the person who provided it. A respondent may need a thank-you, a next step or a request for further contact, while staff are still exporting responses and sorting email lists.

With Zapier, SurveyMethods' New Response Completed trigger can run Mobile Message's Send SMS action. A plain text message can thank the respondent or acknowledge the completed survey. The same event can run Create Contact or Add Contact to List, allowing respondents with suitable mobile details to be recorded for future communication. New Survey Created can run Send SMS to List when a prepared group needs to know that a new survey is available. SurveyMethods' Send a Survey Invitation action can also be run by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger when an incoming text identifies a recipient and email address for an invitation.

Each Zap has one direction and a specific result. It does not create a two-way sync. Map only the fields needed for the chosen message, contact or invitation. This helps survey operators act on responses sooner while keeping the survey platform and Mobile Message focused on their respective jobs.
