About the SurveyMars integration

Pair Get Responses with Send SMS for a prompt acknowledgement, or use Create Contact when a response contains a phone number and your consent process allows further contact. Get Surveys can also trigger a text to an internal recipient when a new survey is created. This connection runs through Zapier, so you can select the relevant SurveyMars fields and decide which event should start each workflow.

The most useful setup depends on how your surveys are used. Keep customer messages short and specific, and use filters in Zapier when only certain response values should lead to an SMS.
