Through Zapier, New Response can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. A business might thank a respondent, confirm that feedback has been received, or send a short next step to a participant. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add a respondent to a list for later communications, using the phone details supplied by the survey workflow.

Survey2Connect includes an action called Send Survey via SMS, but that action belongs to Survey2Connect and can be started by an Inbound SMS Received event when a text response should launch a survey.
